The Perfect Solution

I needed a place near NC State's campus for two months before moving again for another work assignment. This place is ~5 minute drive to NC State and there's a walking trail that accesses Lake Johnson and the Walnut Creek trail. Ryan was super responsive and accommodating throughout the whole leasing process, and this continued throughout my stay. The property was immaculate upon my arrival and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The kitchen is well-equipped and the clothes' washer and dryer work stupendously. If I have the opportunity to stay at one of Ryan's properties again, I will.
