Loved this condo!

This is the perfect condo for a short or longer-term stay! Alex was wonderful and so kind always attentive to our needs and quickly responsive to questions. We loved the openness of the unit and natural sunlight coming in from every angle! Amenities were just right. I highly recommend this unit if coming to the Phoenix area!

Perfect location

This condo was a perfect location for what I was looking for. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, a movie theater, and some nice bars right on that main intersection (Scottsdale rd and Shea). It is right in the middle of Scottsdale. Not too far from oldtown or kierland, so it was very convenient. The unit is on the second floor with great shade and 2 really nice balconies. It had everything I needed. It was plenty big enough as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a fairly large living area. I didnt use the pool area much but it looks like a nice community pool and hottub. The community was very clean and quiet. I was only there for 6 weeks but I would look to stay there again if Im back in the area for another work project.

PARADISE

This townhome/condo was beautiful. It was everything that I was looking for. Made me feel like I was home with all the amenities it offered. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a PLUS. Location is GREAT. Able to walk to near-by restraurants and bars or just minutes away by car to the shops in Scottsdale. The community is safe and well lit at night. The price was exceptional compared to others in the area. Owner was responsive when I locked myself out of the condo. Looking forward to staying there again next year.
