Newly remodeled cottage in East Dayton

Great stay.

Comfortable unit equipped with everything that one could possibly need. Close to everything in Dayton and local hospitals. 5-8 minutes from Miami Valley Hospital. Owner was quick and efficient with any needs that may arise. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again if ever in the area.

Cottage Review

Very cozy cottage that really has just about everything you need inside . Neighbors seemed friendly and was a short drive to anywhere I needed to go. The owners were very quick with communication, if something went wrong they were on it immediately!

Travel Nurse Stay

Nice area and unit. Not too far from hospital I completed travel assignment at which was a plus. Owner very responsive to any questions/issues that arise.

Perfect

This cottage was perfect during my stay in Dayton. Its located close to the area hospitals, restaurants and shopping are about 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe during my stay. Parking is off street and right behind the cottage which was really nice! The cottage is basically move-in ready. The living area is cozy and comfortable and the big bonus is the in unit washer and dryer! I usually travel with kitchen items I use frequently but this kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. M, the owner, responds quickly to texts and calls. If I ran into a problem he was very proactive in solving it. Ive already recommended this place to fellow travelers!

Great little place in the city

Small cottage in a safe neighborhood. I had no issues while there. I slept well and was never bothered even though I worked nights and slept during the day. Would rent again if in the area.
