Couldn't be better!
Staying with K has been a such a pleasure! The house is clean, simple and centrally located. There's lots of great eateries nearby and 15-25min from the surrounding areas like downtown, cute beach towns and trails by the coast. K is communicative and approachable, I will value the times we've shared throughout my 14 month stay. The bedroom is spacious and the en suite bathroom is a bonus, plus the easy access to the washer/dryer. I couldn't recommend this rental enough if you're in the San Diego area!

Best House and Landlord!!
K is the most accommodating and welcoming landlord ever! I truly had the best stay and have nothing but good things to say about her and her property. The property is very centrally located and has everything you need within a 15-20 min drive. The bedroom is very spacious and has an attached bathroom, which was very convenient. Can't recommend this place enough!
