My fiance and I are travel nurses and we used this beautiful home for 3 months. Katie was absolutely amazing and kind and answered quickly with whatever we needed. Would recommend again.

A Dream

What a wonderful stay! This quaint home is in the perfect location that puts you 15 minutes to the beach, downtown, and Mayfaire shopping center, with a Trader Joes minutes away. Located on a quiet street, there is a walking trail that loops around the UNCW campus that was great for morning walks with our infant. The large fenced in backyard was a favorite of our dog. The home is decorated in beach chic that perfectly matches the Wilmington vibe. Landlord was accommodating, communicative and made the process very easy. We will absolutely return.

Quaint UNCW House

This house is perfect for traveling nurses! The owner, Katie, was so accommodating to me and my pet. The backyard is large and spacious for my dog to run around while also being fenced in and safe. The house is perfectly located near both the hospital, UNCW, and Wrightsville beach. The kitchen is a little bit limited on food storage, but otherwise the house is perfect size for 1-2 guests. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a stay in the Wilmington area! Katie is awesome!

wonderful house and location

This is a wonderful house, very close to the UNCW campus, safe, quiet and near great walking paths for the dogs. The landlord, K, is quick to respond with any of our needs and questions. Close to Novant Hospital (10 minute drive to work). Would rent again if back to Wilmington. Thanks K!
