Great place to stay! I lived her during the summer for a local internship. Lloyd is a fantastic landlord. He is prompt at reaching out regarding any information and quick to reply to any questions. He will truly go above and beyond so that you can enjoy your stay. The apartment is clean, modern, and quiet. The surrounding area felt safe and parking was never an issue. I also never had any issues sharing the washer and dryer with the other guests. Overall, I highly recommend.

Great stay

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property and would highly recommend it. The entire rental process was smooth and convenient, and the home was comfortable and well located. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient. There was enough heat in cold weather and cool air in summer time. The landlord was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay. He replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

I stayed at this apartment for one contract and I liked it so much, I came back again! As someone who works long shifts, I needed a quiet, comfortable place to come home to, and this space was perfect. Its small but extremely clean, well organized, and in a great areanot too far from the hospital, which made my commute easy. Having on-site laundry was a godsend during the week. The landlord is incredibly responsive and accommodating; any questions or needs were handled quickly and kindly. It truly felt like a home away from home, and Id highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free stay.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was very clean and everything was well organized! The neighborhood is quiet and getting downtown is quick and easy. Lloyd was a great host and was easily reachable and quick to respond any time I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

Lloyd was a great landlord, always helpful. He is understanding with any questions you may have. Apartment is modern with everything labeled so you dont have to guess where anything is or which switch works what. Place is close to restaurants. Would recommend Lloyds place to anyone

Top Tier Apartment Especially for Travel Workers

Llyod was a wonderful landlord, very responsive, respectful, and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully furnished. The area is safe and great for taking walks. Its extremely close to the surrounding hospitals. There are great restaurants located near by as well. I will definitely be renting with Llyod again. Thank you for everything!

It was a great, cozy and clean little apartment. The area was extremely quiet and found it very safe. No issues with parking and L was a great host. He was always available to help, was kind and quick to respond to messages. Overall it was a great stay for the three months I was living here.

It was a great place to stay, reasonably priced, and felt very homey. It had every amenity I wanted, was quiet, and had nice A/C for the summer. Landlord was super responsive, and I don't have any complaints. Overall a great place.

Landlord is very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very clean and had all the necessities for my stay. Parking is very readily available right outside the unit. No complaints.

L was a great host and had everything I needed. He was phenomenal at providing help regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was quiet, and extremely safe.
