I recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience. Andrea and Bill are wonderful landlords that respond extremely quickly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. Best of all it's 10 minutes away from IU Methodist hospital. If you're looking for a hassle free and comfortable stay while in Indianapolis, earnestly consider this location.

great place

We can't say enough good things about this place and its owners. The home was well kept, clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Anything you may need was provided. Any small issues I had were addressed immediately. Communication was A plus. It is so close to hospitals and downtown and yet the area is not congested. Parking is behind the house not on the street, which was great. It also is within minutes to any shopping you may need. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed to come back to Indy for a period of time.

I cannot stress enough the level to which Bill and Andrea are wonderful people and have thought of everything. The house has a wonderful location close to the heart of everything. I stayed for over a year, and never once had any problems whatsoever. They are super attentive and quick to fix any problem. I highly recommend staying with them. 10/10 recommend!

Home away from home

First and foremost, the only reason this review wasn't done the same day we left was because I was locked out of my account. Absolutely beautiful. In all honestly we didn't want to leave. A and B was the best host we ever came across. They even bought us breakfast or goodies anytime we needed them to stop by. As girls, simple things such as restarting the break-box after a storm was done immediately, just so we can use the dishwasher. I mean truly a home away from home. Everything was new. Beds... super comfy, kitchen beautiful, bathrooms...sooo clean. I'm actually stealing some ideas for my own condo back home. You do not need to leave for anything. All amenities are right at your finger tips. Our kids came to visit for a few days and love the house. Ample private parking in the back. We uber to work which was so easy. Methodist and University Hospital are less than 10 mins away. Downtown is 8 mins. The neighbors were so nice. 10/10 for this stay. We cant wait to get back!
