I cannot begin to describe how amazing the property manager K is. I will fully admit I wasn't the easiest tenant to deal with, but K was always there make sure my family and I were happy with our stay. He will go above and beyond for you, without question.

Nice apartment

Very good rental fee. I am a travel nurse. Very close to hospital. 10 minute drive. Loved having a garage for my car. Very responsive to things that needed fixing. Would rent again from this Property Rental company. Loved fenced in back yard for my dogs. L D.

Cozy spot, perfect for a travel nurse

Perfect spot for a travel nurse! Landlord very responsive to any needs and just a nice guy. It was really nice to have the desk to set up my PC and work space for when I needed to chart at home, etc. Friendly neighbors, though nobody bothering you or anything! Very nice to have the parking behind the house. Blinds and blackout curtains make the bedroom DARK if you need to sleep during the day. Basic kitchen, bathroom, laundry necessities were nice to make the place move-in ready. There's a small, friendly black cat who lives in the house across the drive. She will be your best friend and sit on your lap on the porch if you give her some treats. Please be kind to her and give her a treat from me! Big bonus for animal lovers who are away from their own pets. I will miss her seeing me off to work and welcoming me back! :D This will definitely be the first place I check next time I have a contract in Indy!

Great place to stay

Really great place to stay, 15 minute from IU methodist. Very spacious and comfortable. Landlord is very accommodating and attend to needs in a timely manner. I work at nights and had no problem falling and staying asleep in the day time. Completely loved this spot. I only left because i had to cut my contract soon after i started due to personal circumstances. Get it, you will not regret it.

Nice Landlord To Rent From

I had the opportunity to stay at both sides of one of his duplex properties.. Both very comfortable to live in.. grocery stores and fast food all within a mile of the property.. The owner K was extremely helpful with every request that was made and that in turn made our stay in Indianapolis that much more enjoyable.. The property may not be that big but your savings will be!! If you're lucky enough to catch one of his properties available you should definitely reach out to him..
