Marvelous Mulberry House
We were fortunate to stay throughout the summer in the comfortable Mulberry House. There is an idillic backyard that slopes to the brook, a nice covered patio to enjoy the outdoors, a charming lightly-trafficked neighborhood circle to walk and enjoy the neighboring sprawling lawns/fields/gardens. A short drive away to hike/stroll in the historic Pisgah National Forest. Close to markets and Brevard's restaurants. Apartment is clean and well-appointed. Landlady lives upstairs and is attentive to guests needs and considerate to their privacy. A perfect place to enjoy the serenity and peaceful surroundings of this beautiful area..

Perfect for Traveling Pair
Perfect home for traveling pair. The home is the cleanest furnished finder we have rented out of 5 traveling contracts. The home is thoughtfully furnished and has all the essentials you will need without unneeded clutter. It's a nice quiet neighborhood as well with room to be outdoors and enjoy the nice patio after work. The property is also close to Pisgah and DuPont parks for outdoor activities. Breweries/wineries and restaurants are close by as well. Host is responsive to all needs without being intrusive. We hope to come back to this area again and would gladly stay here again.

Mulberry House
Very nice stay at the Mulberry House during my travel assignment. The house is beautiful decorated, comfortable, and provides you with everything you need, Just bring your clothes and outdoor gear. The location is great! In the mountain area, but just 3-4 minutes away from major roads that will take you to Hendersonville, Brevard, and an easy drive to Asheville. S is the most gracious host! Very personable, and available for any questions or suggestions. We will certainly repeat our stay whenever we are in the area again! Thanks so much S for letting us call your place our home away from home!!!

beautiful property surrounded by the forest
For us this was the ideal place. Close to everything you need to explore if you love the outdoors. Pisgah Forest, Dupont State Forest, Brevard and Hendersonville are within 15-20 min drive. S and L (the friendly white lab) who are the owners live on the apartment above and they are friendly and respect your privacy if that is what you require. The apartment is delightful, clean and stocked with everything you need. The area is super quiet at night, during the day you may hear lawnmovers going since the grass here seems to grow every other day :-) Oh and the fireflies are everywhere this time of the year. What a show, every night! We loved our stay and cant wait to be back!
