Perfect summer stay

My son stayed here for the summer, and it was absolutely perfect. The one-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything he needed. The landlord was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, making the entire experience stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Arizona.

This was a lovely stay! Tom was a great host and gave us everything we needed including a very nice welcome gift. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Quiet area with good grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee nearby. Hard to beat the value

Great Stay!!

The place was nice and cozy. The complex had a poor right across from the unit and we had our own covered parking. Loved our stay here. It was close by to everything we needed. Tom was extremely accommodating and had great communication if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay

This was a very nice and clean place to stay while I was in the area for rotations. Tom was on top of communicating with me for renting and with any questions I had. I also felt very safe and comfortable to stay in this area. I would definitely rent this place from Tom again.
