Great stay!

This was a perfect place to stay while there for work! Great location and host was extremely responsive. Parking was easily accessible and never had any issues with anything. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Cozy place to stay

I had a great stay at this rental. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom space was very clean, nice, and cozy, and it had everything my roommate and I needed during our stay. Any time there was a question or a small issue, Vernon was quick to take care of it right away. He was very responsive and always kept us informed about any updates or things that needed attention at the rental. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. I would definitely rent here again if I ever go back to New Haven CT!

Dream Come True

Absolutely as advertised. Super clean. Robust starter supplies. Amazing neighbors. Easy trash service. Felt super safe-ADT, double door entry . Dedicated parking space off street. Welcome guide and gifts on arrival. Best of all, the owner. Easy to reach. Communicative. Invested in his tennants. He absolutely goes above and beyond in every aspect. He even purchased an air mattress and pump for my son to sleep on so my daughter wouldn't have to share her private space. He brought brand new comforters for a more appropriate weight based on the weather change. I had one issue with the fridge (ended up being a breaker), and he was put within the hour to repair it. As a travel nurse, I was super unfamiliar with the area, and he spent his time showing us the best places. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I absolutely would. Me and my kids were very sad to even have to go. I really hope we get another opportunity to stay with this family again. Nearly spoiled in every aspect.

Perfect Place

Incredible owner. Very attentive and nice. Place is perfect and clean. Very quite neighborhood. Whatever you need the owner will provide. I will be back. I love and will miss this. I will rent again.
