Stayed here for a contract job. The bigger room was occupied but he offered the smaller room next door and it was perfect. Room had a comfortable bed with a small couch and huge closet. The bathroom up stairs is shared never had any conflicts.
I absolutely loved this place. It was spacious, had quality furniture, and felt very cozy. If youre a person that enjoys and values privacy in a shared building, this place is perfect for you. J was great to have as a host and his dog Benji was an absolute doll. If I needed anything, Jose was prompt to respond and super reliable. I wouldve stayed longer but I moved back to my home state in SC. Definitely recommend this property in this quiet neighborhood and a short drive away from the beautiful city of Chicago.
