3 month stay in Eado
I stayed at this apartment September-December and had the best stay in a great location. L was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and there for all of my needs/questions. The location of this apartment is in EADO, with great restaurants/bars close by. The private parking space was also wonderful to have. I loved being close to Shell stadium, Minute Maid Park, and downtown in general. Inside the apartment had awesome decor, a great wrap-around balcony, and a lot of space for storing my things. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! You should stay here!

Peaceful condo in a fun area
I stayed in this property for 2 months and had a great time. The apartment is as pictured and very spacious, and the plants add a lot to the atmosphere. EaDo is an interesting area, and there are probably 15 bars/restaurants within a five minute walk. As it's in a central location, the remainder of the city was easy to Uber around to. The area certainly gets busy on weekend nights and soccer games, but the apartment is situated so I wasn't kept up by music when trying to sleep. Best of all, the owners were very responsive via text and were happy to solve any problem that came up as soon as possible.
