Lovely introduction to Alameda!

My family very much enjoyed our stay in Kelly's beautiful house! It's a great location--walkable to stores, park, and the little ferry to Jack London square. Kelly was super flexible with uncertain renewals while we house-hunted, too. Highly recommend!

Great location with an even better landlord

Stayed here with two travel nurse buddies for over a year, and we already miss it! Great location right next to the water, only a tiny walk away from the Oakland water taxi and two grocery stores! House was clean with ample seating and storage. Kelly was unbelievable and truly means it when she says if you need anything to let her know! She is quick to reply and nearby if any problems ever arise but we never felt like we were being monitored. We miss her just as much as we miss the house/area.

Great Place to stay!!

This unit is such a great find. Me and two of my colleagues stayed here for a period of 6 months for a contract job and we all had a pleasant stay. Kelly K. is such a great landlord and very accommodating. The place feels homey and it mostly got everything you need. All appliances and furnishings are in great shape as well. The place is located in a safe and nice neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants around the area that you can easily walk from the house. Would definitely recommend!!
