Quiet yet close to the Action
This is a hidden gem! I worked remote for ~3 months winter 2024 from here. The owners live upstairs and are super nice. They added a nice corner desk which was perfect to stay focused. The place was spacious with full kitchen, bath with 2 shower heads, private laundry area, queen bedroom, huge closet, and big TV! As an avid cyclist, I was in heaven with the S. Lake bike trail & Lake Minneola literally steps away from the bottom of the driveway. The cute patio was comfortable with view of the lake and Clermont's Waterfront Park. Enjoyed walking/ jogging along the trail which hugs the lake for 2.5 miles. Downtown Clermont is full of history and quaint shops with Sunday Farmers Market and First Friday Fppd Truck festival. Perfection!
This apartment checks every box! You are located in the middle of nearly everything you could need and yet feel like you are tucked away in a quiet and cozy retreat. Perfect for a single individual or couple. Full size kitchen, great living room space with an area to do a little work from home if you need to. The bed is comfy, a large closet that made me envious, a great large dual head shower, and full size washer and dryer in the apartment to use as you need it. The yard just outside the patio is plush with beautiful plant life. Very serene. I thoroughly enjoyed many evenings on the patio watching gorgeous sunsets across the lake just across the street. The owners live upstairs. They are gracious and inviting. They make you feel right at home all while giving you all of the privacy you desire. 10 out of 10 I would stay here any time I am in the area!

Amazing all around!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house. They have a large patio right outside the front entrance with a stunning view of the lake! The owners are so nice and communicative. When they found out we didn't have something we needed, they went out and got it that very day! Their place is adorable with a full size kitchen and we needed extra sleeping room and they had a cozy blow up mattress. I would recommend this place 100%!! It's close to everything and their is so much to do!
