Cozy Chic Basement Studio

This apartment is so beautiful. You can tell that Valerie takes great pride in her home. My husband and I, and our senior dog Molly stayed here after a 1200 mile road trip and walking into Valeries place was like entering a peaceful retreat. When you open the door, you are greeted by a bright and spacious apartment. Valerie has made it very welcoming. It is exceptionally clean, and it smells amazing. We make the trip to New York twice a year and I can tell you that this is the best place that we have ever stayed in. It is definitely worth the price. Valerie provides everything that you would need for an extended stay. All you have to do is get the groceries. For us this place is ideally located between Long Island and Manhattan. We can get to relatives in Long Island in 30 minutes by car and 30 minutes by the Long Island Railroad to Grand Central Station (thank you so much Valerie for the LIRR/bus information). We needed a place that was truly pet friendly and we have found it. Our Molly loved it here because she wasnt confined to a small hotel room (with guests/dogs in neighboring rooms) and was able to walk around exploring the space. We have decided that our trips to NY will be based on this apartments availability because after our stay here there is no other place that can compare. Looking forward to our next road trip to NY!

i am a travel nurse who had the pleasure of staying at this little oasis for a couple months! valerie is so sweet and helpful, she is the best landlord. answers all questions and goes above and beyond for her guests. she really is amazing! her place is within walking distance to the beach, for your days off i would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay here again!

I am a travel nurse and had the privilege to rent this studio for 3 months. I had nothing but an amazing experience staying here. The landlord Valerie is the most sweetest and professional landlord you could ever ask for. If you need anything she is available anytime of day and can reach out to her at all times. If there was any issues it was fixed same day no questions asked. This studio comes completely FULLY Furnished anything you could possibly need is available to you. If never come back to NY I will for sure be staying here. Home away from home So if you are ever in NY and need somewhere to stay this is your spot! You wont regret it ! P.S also she allows your 4 legged babies to come along with you. I am always nervous trying to find a good location that will accept my fur baby. Valerie accepted her with open arms and treated her like her own. BIG PLUS!!
