Fantastic Stay
We had a fantastic three-month long stay at this property over the summer while living in Cape for work. The apartment was very clean, well maintained/updated, and very spacious. Has two large sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, and even a back patio. Plenty of space to park multiple cars in front. Location is right across from the beach making it easy to access and quick to get to. Neighborhood was very quiet and had no issues with noise or disturbances from neighbors. The landlord is very helpful and we had no issues with her or the apartment, and our deposit was returned promptly after our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great reliable long-term rental!
