Review of property

The apartment was perfect! Lee the landlord was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Perfect spot for traveling nurses or others. Nice area in the back that is fenced in for animals too.

Excellent place and manager!

I loved living in this very comfortable apartment. It was fully stocked being my expectations. The manager was fantastic to work with. This was the 2nd place I rented from him. I would highly recommend any of the properties he has!

Lee has been one of the best landlords we have ever had. He is extremely attentive and responsive. Very easy going and wonderfully approachable with any question or issue we had. He bought an additional air conditioner and had it placed the next day because us texas people were hot :) He works extremely hard at all of his units and even though he is very busy, Lee or his business partner were always at our apartment the same day of we needed a light change, a part for our washer, or any issue big or small. We have been very well taken care of and our apartment is so cute with wonderful neighbors! This is a great property

Great place to live

Wonderful place to call home, lived here for six months with no issues.
