Couldn't be more perfect!
In LA to escape the worst of a NYC winter, I was visiting my son’s family nearby for a month. Since they both work from home, grandma was close enough to be with them every day but we all had our space and independence! And I couldn’t imagine a more perfect accommodation than Amy’s place! This beautiful, roomy and efficient studio is spotless, comfortable, with all you need, including washer/dryer. A wall of glass sliders opens to a lush garden patio that feels so invitingly LA, seamlessly indoor-outdoor, feeling very private and insulated. It’s in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, great for long strolls, with several really cool restaurants & cafes a short walk away. Amy was a kind and perfect host, helpful and friendly. It's truly a home away from home!

Perfect stay
This ADU is in a great location and the ideal studio for one person or a couple. The big slider doors open into the backyard which is such a great feature. Amy is accommodating and kind. I would definitely rent again if I need space.

Home away from Home
Loved this ADU in Mar Vista. I was close to the farmers market, Venice beach, and had my own private oasis after a shift at UCLA. The ADU itself is very secure. There was also street parking. The ADU is large and came with A/C internet and my own washer and dryer as well as a kitchenette. Im a female travel nurse and felt very safe. The surrounding areas have wonderful groceries and restaurants. I would take a stroll and grab a cup of coffee from Blueys on my day off. Amy is a wonderful landlord and friendly if you ever need anything. If Im ever back in the area I would definitely request to stay again!

Wonderful stay
I rented Amy's private garden apartment for 6 months. She has always been courteous, respecting my privacy and clearly laying out the rental agreement. The area is nice as well--it's on a quiet residential street, yet close to popular stores, restaurants, public transport, schools, etc in Mar Vista/Venice. I would recommend her apartment to anyone who is looking for a quiet, private accommodation.
