Quiet neighborhood and cozy home

We had a really great stay here, the neighborhood is quiet and the park was so close for walking our dogs. The neighbors are friendly and Lindsay did everything to make sure we had what we needed! The house is cozy and a lot roomier than we expected!

Peaceful, Pet-Friendly, and Convenient!

Lindsay was a fantastic host! As a traveling X-ray tech with two cats, my stay here was wonderful. The place had everything I needed like my own parking space, a backyard, a washer and dryer in the basement, and a peaceful neighborhood with quiet neighbors. A few minor improvements could make it even better: central air (though the central heating works great!) and a deeper clean to reach those hard-to-get nooks and crannies. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent here again! (:

Heat didn't work. It was winter and the house wouldn't get above 60 degrees inside. Floors are just plywood with a finishing paint over it. Worst trap house I've ever seen turned into a home". Owner accused me of breaking the fence with no proof, only her neighbors word. Owner accused me of having women over despite having zero proof except for there were hair ties and purple soap". I gave her a month to provide a letter or email stating why she couldn't return the $1000 deposit but haven't received one so now per Michigan state law she has no leg to stand on in the matter and owes me the full amount or faces legal repercussions. For the love of god please look anywhere else except this house, save yourself the headache of having to deal with an adult woman who acts like a child who's never been told no in their life.
