BEWARE !!!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO GAMBLE AWAY YOUR 1900 DEPOSIT, TOO. after promising me he would work with me if my contract ended earlier than expected, he stated I didn't give him 30 days and kept my money (even though it was only a few days shy of it. neighbors warned me he did the same to tenant prior to me as well and she moved out in full tears. All I can do is hope others read this review and don't get fooled by this crook.
