Rent is dependent on length of lease and the time of year. The rate of $2,400 is for a year lease and at that rate we do have the tenant place the utilities in their name. For shorter leases the rent is shown below. There is some flexibility with the rate the longer the lease is. Utilities included with shorter term leases, utilities negotiable with longer leases.
