Great place

Myself and boyfriend rented this space. It is warm, cozy, and very walkable. We loved it! The back patio is also nice to have some outdoor space.

Wonderful home!

I stayed here with my friend for 6 months while on a contract for work and absolutely loved this house! It has great outdoor spaces and is perfect for 2 people. So many great restaurants, bars, and concert venues are within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes). The neighborhood is safe and so close to Balboa Park which is a great for city views and culture! The landlord is amazing and communicative and handles anything that needs fixing or maintenance within a timely manner! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home in North Park

My partner and I stayed in this home for nine months and both worked remote from here. The house was spacious and the internet was fast, although few problems existed - anytime there was an issue, J was quick to respond and helpful. Great area and walkable into North park whiel being so close to downtown as well as getting to the highways. We loved the house and would highly recommend ! We hope to be back. Thanks so much J and N!
