FF Super Host!

Staying at Kathie’s was certainly a highlight of my time in Travelers Rest. She cultivates such a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. Between the modern kitchen and extra garage fridges, I had everything I needed and more. I spent many a peaceful mornings and afternoons on one of the screened or covered porches. Kathie herself is a joy—she's fun, helpful, and truly makes you feel welcomed. A fantastic value that is hard to beat!"

A wonderful stay.

Everything you can ask for from a host. Great hospitality and a great place. Kathy is a joy to be around and makes living here way too easy. She supplies every amenity and it has been a real joy. If this listing is up, try to get a booking!

Beautiful clean home

The host was very kind and the property very clean. It was a very enjoyable stay. I liked the sitting home off the kitchen to relax and the porches. A very safe neighborhood too! I highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed my stay!

Staying at Grayson Dr. was perfect for me! The host was nice and very welcoming. Her home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! I actually renewed my travel contract twice and stayed long term. I didn't have any problems at all. My favorite thing about this property is the lovely backyard and the screened in porch available for relaxation or a work space. Thank you Kathie!

Great Stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The WiFi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The rental is located near everything (supermarkets, banks, restaurants, etc) The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Would book again!

Amazing Home & Amazing Host!

My experience renting a room in this house from Kathie was better than I ever could have imagined ... from Day1!! The home is extremely clean, thoughtfully decorated and Kathie has put a lot of attention to detail into the space and the rooms being rented to make you feel like you are truly at home. The property is located in a wonderful neighborhood, that is quiet and safe, with access to lots of options in terms of shopping,dining etc. close by in Greenville & Traveler's Rest. The shared spaces are very welcoming, with a kitchen that is fully stocked with whatever cooking equipment you might need and Kathie is quite the chef if you are lucky enough to ever experience any of her cooking along the way! Although I only had a brief couple of months in Greenville, I could not have imagined a better place for my stay or a better host/landlord. Best possible stay in the Greenville/TR area.

Pleasant Surprise

I am a travel nurse that rented a room for a 3 month contract from April-July this year. Kathie made me feel very at home and went above and beyond all expectations many times. The place is very clean, safe, and comfortable. She was very considerate and accommodating for my night shift schedule. The neighborhood is fantastic and there is plenty to do nearby. I highly recommend this as a STR and would stay here again without any hesitation!

Best Place to stay - short or long term!!

Kathy is a wonderful landlady and now someone I will call my friend! Her house is very clean (immaculate really), and she is easy to get along with. If for any reason I needed a place to rent in the future she would be the first person I would contact. You have access to everything and anything you would need staying at her home. She is extremely hospitable and just a gracious host. I would recommend her home to any friend or family member needing a place to stay in the area. Her home is close to everything in Travelers Rest and just a short trip to Greenville. You have your own private space upstairs and access to anything you would need to cook in a kitchen. I will miss being there and I have NOTHING negative to say about her home. She made being away from my house for a few months very pleasant and there was a genuine sense of peace in her home. I can say with certainty I had all the comforts of being home while staying there! Her next tenant(s) will feel lucky to have found her.
