From the moment we arrived, Nancy made me feel right at home she truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The home is exactly as pictured, if not better, with a calm and welcoming vibe that made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with a host who genuinely cares!

Very cozy home

I originally planned to stay for just 3 months, but it turned into over a year and honestly, I almost didnt want to leave! The neighborhood is cozy and peaceful, a perfect little escape from the noise of the city. Nancy has been incredibly helpful with anything we needed, and having professional cleaners come every two weeks is such a nice bonus. The house itself is newly renovated, and the natural lighting throughout gives it such a warm, welcoming vibe. Huge shoutout to my fun and amazing roommates Sam and Blake, who made it feel more like home. Living here has truly been such a great experience!

The atmosphere & ambience of the property is top tier! In a great location with lots to do & a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Reflects exactly what you see in the picture as well! N & her team are available to address whatever needs you have pertaining to the house & are sweet, lovely people! Highly recommend!

Simply the Best

I stayed at this property during my season long internship in the NFL. N and her team were so gracious and helpful in ensuring that all of my needs were met and that any issues were handled immediately. N has a true passion for building community and that is exactly what she has done with this property. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely rent here again. If you are looking to stay in the area, you should seriously consider staying here. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

Quiet and peaceful retreat

This property is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The property itself is bright and full of light. The individual living spaces are great sizes with private patio spaces. The shared spaces are spacious, well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need, just bring your food. Cleaning crew comes every other week, they do a great job. The property is located near lots of shopping in every direction. Management staff responds promptly to any questions/ concerns. I would absolutely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

If you are looking for housing within the Valley area this is the spot to place to be! The house is brand new, modern and beautifully designed. Has full amenities and full kitchen with all appliances you would need if you like to cook. It is very clean and landlord has cleaning service come biweekly. The landlord is quickly responsive and personable and will solve any issues that may arise within a timely manner. The neighborhood is very safe. I often took walks throughout the neighborhood and never had any issues. There is always street parking available right outside the house. The location is easily accessible to all surrounding areas and just outside of down town. There are plenty of things to do in the area including restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping and more. I would without a doubt stay again if I ever came back out to the area!

A Wonderful Stay

This property is fantastic to stay at! It's in a peaceful, safe, and quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks where you can take a simple walk. The property has groceries, restaurants, and other amenities very close by. There is plenty of parking space on the street, too. I've had 0 issues with me staying there during my travel contracts. You have your private mini yard, which is nice. All the rooms, including the kitchen and bathrooms, are spacious. Communication with the landlord is perfect, so you can contact her for anything you need, and she'll get it done. Overall, my stay here has been great, and I would recommend people to please come and stay here!

Clean Modern Lines

This property is absolutely beautiful in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property is well stocked with everything needed for a traveling professional. I love the private outdoor space and the bright airy feel of the home. The property owners have positive vibes and are friendly and responsive and professional.

Comfortable and clean house with an amazing host!

When I first reached out to N about her property, I was impressed! She returned my phone call right away and she had all the answers to my questions! She was a pleasure to speak with and was very accommodating! I had asked to move in a week earlier than what was posted, however that was not a problem as N was very open to helping me out and made sure I had everything I needed! The house is beautiful with plenty of kitchen room to cook, plenty of space in the living room, and the rooms have plenty of closet space! I enjoy how each room has an individual private yard space as it allows me to soak up the Socal sun! The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with nearby access to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking is not a problem at this property! Overall, N has been amazing and super sweet!! She has always treated me with respect and her communication skills are great!! I would definitely recommend this housing to anyone!
