This is a very nice and clean place that's not too far from the hospitals. I stayed here while working for Presbyterian and was able to get back & forth from work with no problems. It's also close to a lot of great restaurants and entertainment venues.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

My room and the entire house was clean and comfortable. I had plenty of storage space in the kitchen for food and in my room for my belongings. I greatly enjoyed having my private bathroom. I liked to chill out in one of the armchairs that are available in the room and use the available desk and fast wi-fi. D is a kind and caring host. She respected my privacy and sometimes we would have interesting conversations over meals. If any issues came up she would get it fixed or taken care promptly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is close to bus stops, public libraries, cafes, restaurants and a variety of grocery stores. I would definitely rent her room again.

Great location, nice owner

This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a kitchen with plenty of appliances, full bathroom, and a furnished bedroom. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. This is in a safe neighborhood and close to major roads as well. The rooms have individually controlled AC which is great.
