Terrific Location & Landlord
Couldn't have had a better experience here. It's a nice location with good access to public transit, greenery, and coffee shops/restaurants. The apartment itself has loads of natural light and space, and was fully and comfortably equipped for my three-month stay. Chris was, additionally, a punctual, friendly, and overall great landlord; when the sink clogged, he had a plumber there to fix it that same morning; twice, he agreed to extensions of my original stay. When I left behind a garment bag, he very kindly shipped it to a location I gave him. Neighbors are friendly, AC works well. Nothing but good things to say and glad to serve as a reference in the future.
