My partner and I rented this apartment and loved the location and the space in the living room! Would rent again anytime. Also loved the monthly cleanings that were provided which goes to show how great and condiderate our landlords were.
Very cozy open floor plan good for 1-2 people that has everything you need from kitchen appliances and laundry. Very clean apartment and responsive landlord to address any needs or issues.
Nice unit with a tall gated side/back yard. The large walk-in shower was really nice after a long day and the kitchen area had all utensils and appliances you would need (no dishwasher). Comfortable and easy to keep clean with an indoor and outdoor broom available. The W/D is shared with the upstairs unit, this was never an issue for me and I never heard the tenant above so the unit is well insulated. Of note, parking is on the street but there was ALWAYS parking available (and I had 2 cars). The unit is walking distance to the boulevard and neighborhood park.
