Most Amazing Stay in St. Matthews!

I just completed my first assignment here and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The pictures truly don't do the property justice. Very clean and spacious. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Very close to stores, mall, and downtown! Pat was always available with any needs and very communicative. Would stay here if I got another assignment and would recommend to all!

Wonderful stay

This was a perfect rental for our family while we transitioned to Louisville from Tennessee. The condo is in a very safe location and has everything you need to be comfortable. Pat is a great host and very responsive to anything you need. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience

What a wonderful place to stay! This condo was our home for six months during our own home renovation project. The building is very quiet, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great internet service, and laundry on site; not to mention the beautifully decorated living spaces. The landlord was attentive when needed. Definitely made our time away from home enjoyable. Would rent again!

Amazing Stay

Living in this property for about 3 months was one of the best decisions I made as a travel nurse for my contract in Louisville Kentucky. His place is way prettier and cleaner than the photos portray, he was also very attentive and responsive to any subsequent needs. Thanks for hosting us.

Amazing place

A home away from home. I am a traveler nurse and leaving my home it is really hard most of the times. This place made me feel like I was home. The owner is very approachable and answered my calls really quick. The beds are so comfortable and clean. My overall experience was amazing. I would love to stay there again if I come back to KY. Amazing condo! Premier spot in Louisville

This condo had everything my husband and I needed for our stay. Well stocked kitchen for cooking anything you could want. Lovely porch to enjoy and host company by the fire. Very well decorated and well supplied. In a great spot in the Louisville area to enjoy all the city has to offer. Highly recommend to all!
