The rental is my home's master suite. The huge 12' x22' space has a vaulted ceiling, private entrance, & private bathroom. I occupy the front of the house, & our living spaces are separated by a long hallway w/empty bedrooms on both sides. A pet gate at the end of the hallway keeps my cats away from the rental, & the layout keeps noise to a minimum. The spaces function very independently. To maintain privacy for both parties...
Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood, Gregory Gardens, was built after WWII to provide housing to our returning soldiers and their families. The streets were all named after the developers' wives, so you'll know you're in Gregory Gardens if the street has a traditionally female name. Our neighborhood is located close enough to be within walking distance to our downtown, but just far enough away to still be calm and quiet.

Absolutely loved it!
First off. C is an amazing host and total, sweetheart. She is very accommodating, but also respectful of your space and privacy. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the jetted bathtub will be sorely missed! The location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown plaza. I loved my stay there and plan on staying in touch with C, she's really great!

wonderful stay
I loved staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated. Recent Updates. Had absolutely everything you need except your work uniforms. It was amazing. I felt I could just bring my clothes and everything else was there. Host is so amazing. She made sure I had whatever I needed. I forgot my heating pad at home and ordered one on Amazon, sent it to my house on accident. And the next day there is a heating pad there for me from host. So thoughtful. The kitchen area is well stocked. Fridge is a good size. Lots of closet space and drawers for anything you bring. Huge room and set up makes it feel more like a studio than a room. Was very quiet my entire stay. Host went above and beyond to make stay wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
