Good location, terrible landlord

TLDR: Very small but modern unit with new appliances in a decent neighborhood. However, G was by far the worst landlord weve ever experienced. Save yourself the headache and keep looking. Cons: We communicated with G the week after we moved in that we were having problems opening the back gate (the only way to enter the unit), after multiple "repair jobs" the gate was finally "fixed" in late January (almost 3 months after we initially reached out), and the gate is still janky. Her communication skills were 1/10 at best, there is shady electrical work on the property, and overall these landlords are clearly in it to make money and do not care about their tenants. We've been travelers for almost 5 years, have lived in 5 different states and have NEVER had this poor of an experience. As stated above, save yourself the headache and keep looking.
