Excellent Condo, Excellent Host

Maria maintained great communication throughout our stay! She's quick to respond - she's a Nurse whose STAT ways not only work well with Patients, but Guests too! Condo has room for 2 or 3 and includes access to the community pool which is located <100 meters from the front door. Since Phoenix had 142 days of triple digit temps in 2024, the pool was a big plus! The Condo sits in a part of the Tempe area that is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Pool always clean and ground maintenance is always making sure the grounds kept clean. With 2 assigned parking spots, parking was never a problem.Conveniently located near lots of food choices and close to shopping, hospitals, - things you need most during your time here. Enjoyed our stay in this Condo! Nicely appointed furniture,wall art, bedding, amenities! Enough space in this pet-friendly, quiet community for our extended stay. perfect fit for our family

Brought my family while attending a conference. It was accessible to restaurants and the house itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our access to the pool/hot tub and there was plenty of space for all of us and the host was so responsive to our questions! Parking was a breeze to navigate as well

Tempe Gem

M was the best host! She was quick to respond and extremely kind. We had all the amenities we needed and the space was clean, cozy, and in a safe location. Biggest perk was how centrally located we were to a lot of the seasonal festivities. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!
