Enjoy cool breezes and spectacular mountain views from all windows. If it gets too hot you can enjoy the cool with the new split a/c unit. A slice of Kailua Heaven
We were very fortunate to find this rental. It was brand new. It was completely comfortable with modern and full size features including King size bed (very comfortable and had a mattress toper to have variety of firm -without to medium softness-with), large quartz island for all your cooking, dining and entertaining needs, full size fridge, stove and oven, large walk in shower, full size laundry/dryer, 65 inch TV (that can be seen in any part of the apartment), 2 large high quality fans with AC split. All rare in Hawaii. Very homie and well decorated for a small space. The space does not feel like a studio as the layout is highly functional. The landlords, Malia and Ryan were lovely and there for any need. Very easy to talk to.
