This rental was perfect. The perfect size for our family and it had everything we needed for our stay there The landlord was absolutely responsive and helpful. Great townhome, nice neighborhood and outstanding landlords!

Hands down the best rental experience ever. We needed a rental unit while our house was being built and researched a lot of units in the area. Not only were Ali and Justine very welcoming and ensured our comfort and happiness throughout our entire stay, but they also accommodated our families needs as our new home closing was pushed back several times. Ali and Justine were very understanding and we cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this rental unit. This townhome end unit is very nice and sits in a quiet development with access to a private community pool. The screened in lanai in the backyard is quiet and relaxing and the unit is fully furnished. You wont be disappointed! Thank you Ali and Justine!

Approximately seven months ago, we relocated to Florida, and this townhome has served as an ideal interim residence while our permanent home is under construction. The townhome is spacious, features a remarkable covered patio with views of the preserve, and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It has everything you need. Ali and Justine have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They accommodated our unexpectedly early arrival and have provided outstanding support throughout our stay.
