Warm, Cozy, Fantastic Home Away from Home

This is my fourth time being in DC for a hospital assignment, and this way by far the best place I stayed at. The apartment was downstairs below the landlord's living quarters. Upon first walking into the apartment, one noted how clean it was all around. The living room, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen were in such spotless condition. All you had to do was move in your own items! There were already towels hanging in the bathroom, dish towels in the kitchen, and nice comfy bedsheets on the bed. There was even a water filter in the fridge to avoid drinking the gross city water. ;-) T and E are extremely professional in how they conduct their rental. There is a contract that one has to sign beforehand, and it is very appropriate, well delineated, and fair. It protects you and it protects them. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into keeping their place up to date, clean, and homey. There were even spices and cooking utensils like pans in the cupboards! I appreciated it all!
