A super clean and super place!

An amazingly cute and super clean and super safe dwelling/casita, complete with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full ac/heater, close to all restaurants, shopping, nearby Sandia mountains, trails, and hiking /walking paths and right next to sheriffs substation. Private parking. You will always enjoy your dwelling and will feel safe while doing so! I loved my stay here!!!

Amazing Location, Fantastic Owners

This was an ideal fit for me and I was sorry to leave. As a single, active outdoors individual, this property sits close to highly desirable hiking and biking trails. There are fantastic parks and open space that I would frequent almost daily just by walking out the front door. All the conveniences of shopping areas and restaurants are near, and the neighborhood is friendly and very comfortable. Jake and his family are high quality people and a pleasure to be around. All the appliances are top notch and seem practically brand new! This is a high class place without question and recommend it to anybody who likes to get outside, but also enjoy the convenience of quality furnishings and kitchenware to spend a weekend indoors cooking and relaxing.

Awesome Place to Live in Albuquerque

J's property was a beautiful place to stay in Albuquerque! It was ~15 minutes to UNM Hospital and very close to several grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. The area was incredibly safe (down the street from a police station) and had lots of paths and trails nearby for walking, running, and biking. J's unit was very clean, modern, and worked great for my husband to work from home, as it had a standing desk in one of the bedrooms and very fast internet. The home was stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, and really anything you could ask for. The shared backyard was a great space for our dogs to run around, and it was a bonus to have a private patio area for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay again if we return to New Mexico :)

Stayed here for my 3 month contract. All appliances were clean and new. No issues with parking as it comes with a parking space in front of the home. Area felt safe as well. Google said it would take me about 15 minutes to get to work but usually took me less because it's a very easy drive to downtown and there's rarely any traffic. Owner was very nice and responded quick if anything was needed.
