Great temporary home
My family and I relocated to TN and needed a temporary home until we found our forever home. I was happy to find this rental on Furnished finder. We stayed for two months and it was perfect . I work at Vanderbilt and the drive was only 15 minutes. Catherine, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or concerns with excellent communication. This home has two nice sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large closet with ample space for your belongings. Layout of the home was comfortable and cozy. Washer & Dryer too!! You can walk to a nearby restaurant and walmart. Just a few minutes to Nashville zoo. There are buses nearby as well. We however had our own car. If youre debating whether to rent here, I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome
I really enjoyed my stay. Catherine was very kind and attentive to my needs. The area was quiet and clean. Everything I need was readily available. If I had an issue she took care of it immediately. I would stay again if I am ever back in Nashville area. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay.

Great Space
Property is great and convenient to shopping and not far from downtown. Enjoyed my stay and the owner responds extremely quickly if needed.

Cute Condo
I had a great stay at Catherine's place. There are two parking spots provided and visitor parking available as well. Smart TVs in each room. The condo was clean and well decorated. Catherine was always available and very responsive. I will definitely stay again when in the area next. Thank you for the great stay!

Amazing Place! Great Owner!
This place is great! Just like the pictures and in a great area with lots of places close by! The owner is super quick at responding to texts and is always extremely helpful! My partner and I had a wonderful time staying here during our internships!

Beautiful, cozy condo
This is an amazing condo, and very cozy. It looks just like the pictures and it is beautifully decorated. I stayed here for a travel assignment for 13 weeks and I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and its in a very safe area. There are great restaurants nearby and It is just a short drive to the downtown area. C was an amazing host! She was very sweet and easy to work with, and available for any questions or issues that needed to be resolved. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Nashville!
