Perfect for any Working Professional

I was here for a rotation I had at AHMC and it was absolutely perfect for me! Def. recommend! Room: Spacious, comes with a bed, desk, big closet/room for storage, lots of light. Good sized bathroom with a very clean shower with good pressure and temp Location: Super safe street with lots of parking. 4 min from AHMC San Gabriel, 7 min from AHMC Garfield. Short walk to grocery store, right next to main st which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc Environment: They have room for several ppl but it's spacious, clean, and doesn't feel crowded. I had absolutely no problem with noise/was able to study comfortably in my room every day. 2 fridges, Keurig, w/d, new pots/pans in the kitchen. Everyone was respectful, quiet, and kind - they choose tenants who will keep the house that way Landlords: Super nice and accommodating. They quickly responded to any questions I had/they're located 10 min away and came to the house right away if I needed to talk to them/when I moved in
