Well cared for owner occupied multifamily with two apartments for rent.

I needed a place to stay for a few months on short notice, and this ended up exceeding expectations. It's quiet, clean, and well furnished. Landlord is quick to respond to issues and is very helpful and courteous.

J and D were great hosts! They went above and beyond with answering questions about the property and checking in throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and contained all basic living essentials. The street/neighborhood was also quiet, finding parking on the street was never an issue, and close to major highways.

I stayed at this location for two contracts and had a great stay! It's close enough to work out for either Hartford or New Haven hospitals, and just off the highway. J and D were great landlords, and I can't speak highly enough of them and the apartment!
