Extremely comfortable and roomy! The landlord is pleasant to deal with, neighbors are very quiet. Its in a safe area. Good value for the price and you cant beat the sink in tub :)

Peaceful & wonderful stay!

Loved loved loved this listing! The property owner made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Gave GREAT recommendations and made me feel like I was truly at home! The unit feels like a 1 bd/1br apartment and was so peaceful. The area is safe and quiet giving me an easy mind. Property owner also made the property even safer with safety latches and letting me add my own camera to my door. If I ever have to come to the area again this will always be my first stop!

Perfect for 5 week stay

This property was perfect for my 5 week clinical rotation in Columbus. I booked this property because it was in a safe area with quick access to the hospital, OrangeTheory, Target, restaurants, etc. I enjoyed the private entrance, extra safety measures, ability to bring my cat, and privacy of the space. While the room was tight (albeit because of all the things I brought), the landlord provided everything I could've needed (fridge, microwave, desk, TV, fan, space heater, iron, etc). The landlord is eager to improve the space and is very responsive to questions/comments/concerns. I have no complaints, but if I did, I know they would be respectfully received and resolved prior to the next tenant. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
