Clean Well Maintain Property Close to Seattle Childrens Hospital

E was a very kind landlady and very easy to reach. The property was very clean well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There were 2 locations for laundry in the complex which was easy to use. The location was perfect working at Seattle Childrens hospital. There were a few bus stops a couple minutes walk from the complex and busing took less than 10mins or a 5minute drive to the hospital. In case youre an active person the area had a walking trail and was close to lakes and Magnusen park. There is also a great gym a 10 minutes walk from the condo. Highly recommend this property for your stay.

I am a travel nurse & frequent furnished finder for assignments. This property is 5 minutes from the childrens hospital. Its on the first floor & easy parking. It was very clean when I arrived and had everything I needed (esp. in kitchen). A LOT of closet space in the bedroom. Two more large closets in the hall. Plenty of storage! Bathroom looks newly renovated? I loved it. Again, very clean & lots of storage in the bathroom too. Cozy bed with multiple sets of sheets. Dishwasher works like a dream. Washer/dryer are right around the corner. Dont pass on the property because its not in unit! Theres an app to pay & its easy, never crowded. Quiet neighbors & I always felt safe even being outside in the middle of the night. Awesome trail steps behind the apartment to walk your pup. Dog park a 1 minute drive. Always lots of dogs! Grocery store less than 10 min drive. E is very easy to contact and assists right away if needed. The move in process was easy, Id stay here again.
