Perfect Space

This studio is everything you need! Lots of natural light and cozy feel. It is conveniently located in Durham in a safe neighborhood and close to Duke University Hospital for those in healthcare. Dominque was an excellent landlord and went above and beyond. She was welcoming and communicative! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Bright, inviting space with a charming landlord!

The apartment is exactly as advertised; bright, well-appointed, and cozy. The space is smartly laid out, it feels like more than enough space for one person. The neighborhood is lovely and very safe, only a short walk to the American Tobacco Trail for running, walking, biking into Durham or further out. Dominique was wonderful, she was very communicative and responsive with any inquiries I had and incredibly welcoming and friendly. I have no complaints about my stay here, would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, pretty space in Durham!

Absolutely Perfect

Beautiful, private, safe, comfortable, and has everything needed to make a home away from home. D has been very easy to work with and available when needed. The washer/dryer in the apartment is an incredible bonus. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary equipment to cook with, and the bed is very comfortable. Also, the beautiful decorating is bright and welcoming. I highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Durham area to check it his one out.
