Irina was an amazing landlord and didn't hesitate to show me proof that this property and listing were real/genuine when I asked her questions about this property. The home was fully furnished and even came with coins for the laundry. I stayed during the summer for my internship, and it was very close to public transportation and grocery stores. I enjoyed my stay!

Convenient Cap-Hill Home

This home was well-equipped for my stay and plenty comfortable - linens were clean and comfortable, kitchen was stocked, plenty of hot water in the shower, and even came with coins for shared laundry! Laundry is in the basement of this 5-apartment building, and never felt like I was completing with others for time for laundry. One free parking spot can't be beat on a busy street, close to light rail and multiple bus lines and felt connected to the neighborhood and the city as a whole. Grocery store is across the street, multiple great restaurants within a couple minute walk. Irina the landlord was kind, quick to communicate, and answered all questions I had during my stay. Would have stayed longer if I could!
