Wonderful Stay

I had an absolute wonderful stay here. I worked in Clinton so this was very convenient and about 8 minutes to work. The place, to me, is huge! (Especially comparing other places I've stayed in.) You have a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a closet, dresser, nightstand, and TV. Full kitchen but on a smaller scale.The bathroom has a shower with a chair in it and let me tell you, after working 12 plus hours that chair is needed! I loved it. A large living room with a dining room. I also had small exercise equipment in the dining area. The kitchen is slightly a shared space with the owner. The kitchen has the washer and dryer in it and she has to come down and do laundry every once in a while. The landlady was absolutely wonderful and was the reason I stayed so long. She's just funny and a delight to talk to after work to destress. Off street parking. Alarm code. I thought the neighborhood was fine. Would without a doubt stay here again.

Hidden Gem

Theis Charming and spacious basement apartment is a hidden gem. It is far enough away from the hustle of the city, giving a small town feel and close enough to access everything in a matter of minutes. Mrs. F. was very accommodating. Privacy, security and comfort were my biggest concerns. I was not disappointed.
