I stayed here on a 20 week contract at a local hospital. Wonderful and safe location. Fenced in backyard, perfect for my dog. Landlord has great communication, responds almost immediately. Laundry is in basement, living area on main floor, bedrooms upstairs. My only recommendation for future tenants is to bring curtains to thumb tac up because there are none in the bedrooms.

Cozy and Clean Home

This 3 bedroom property has been a perfect home away from home while on a work assignment in St. Louis. The property was clean upon moving in and had everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to cleaning supplies. Reached out to the landlord a couple of times and they typically responded within minutes. The property needed one small repair during my stay and the landlord had a maintenance person out and the problem fixed the same day! The fenced in backyard was perfect for my two dogs to play in. Like new washer and dryer were a plus too!

Comfortable Stay

Nice three bedroom home in a good neighborhood. A short drive away from downtown St Charles and the Ameristar casino. Close to I-70, so easy access to multiple hospitals. Always felt safe when home. Only had a few minor issues while staying there, but B responded very quickly and took care of it right away. Three levels so plenty of space for guests and entertaining. Nice fenced in backyard. Was a nice place to come gome to at the end of the shift.
