Private furnished bedroom in owner- occupied 1860 farmhouse located on a corner lot in a small town community. Large backyard, shared patio, and farmers porch. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living space. Utilities are included. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local gyms. Beautiful beaches a half hour to an hour away. I have a rented in law in the property where a golden retriever lives with the pawrents.

Cozy & Welcoming
AM is so welcoming and will do whatever she can to make you feel right at home. Extremely accommodating and respectful of individuals space. We enjoyed our time at the property and in the town of Plaistow. Very convenient location. Friendly neighborhood, with trails close by and plenty of stores just down the road. We spent plenty of time on the beautiful farmers porch and patio area.
