Wonderful property and owners...

Everything about this unit was great. The location was ideal (located between the northern and southern bridges onto Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, right down the street from a Winn-Dixie, Walmart, and restaurants). The unit was also clean and bright with large windows in each room and a big, oversized set of sliding doors leading out into the sunroom and back patio. This unit comes with its own covered parking space and loads of extra parking for visitors. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, knives, and other cooking utensils. Driving to AMI and Longboat Key was quick and easy during weekdays (15 minutes or less from front door to parking at the beach), just watch out for that snowbird and weekend traffic! The owners of the unit are very nice and readily available for questions. There is a beautiful community pool and grill, which we made use of during our stay, as well. Cannot recommend this property enough.
