Private Room

Vance was very friendly and flexible. Always eager to help and ensure the stay is going well. The room is fairly big with a desk and bed. The closet has depth with plenty of space. Vance provided plenty of space for dry foods and space in both the refrigerator and freezer which came in handy. The stay overall was really good and I appreciate the opportunity to stay there.

The apartment, the community and most especially Vance made my stay here extremely pleasant. Vance made me feel welcomed the moment I met him and it was like I had known him a long time. I really enjoyed my time here and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Great experience

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bedroom was perfect for my needs. Very spacious and clean and is just as described. There's a completely equipped kitchen with storage space for your food. Location was great as plenty of shopping all around. Vance is very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place.

Best Place I have lived so far in the DMV area

This is the place I have lived in the DMV area so far. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could ever need. The bedroom is bigger than the pictures can tell - literally a master bedroom with beautiful tree views from the fourth floor (the apartment has lifts) that also give you privacy. The bathroom is also massive, and itisyours alone. All have plenty of space for your storage. The bedroom is also soundproof, which gives it tranquility for work or catching up on your favoriteshow (has big screen TV). The location itself is great, a few minutes fromthe busstop, restaurants, Amazon Fresh, and a very a greeneryand safe footpath for walking. Vance is an amazing host. I have lived here for 6 months and have never had any problems. You have all the privacy you need. I am only moving out because I am relocating to another state but will miss this place! I highly recommend it for anyone who values privacy, spacious bedroom, a great host, and good location.

Awesome Place

I only have positive things to say about my stay. The owner, Vance Wallace, was respectful of my privacy. But he opened up his home to me, his kitchen and bathroom. He and I became friends because of our occasional interactions. We even went bike riding together once using his bikes. The room was very accommodating and at that time I was his only tenant. So the bathroom was all mines. He had a microwave, washer, dryer, and air fryer that I had access to. All at a very affordable price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a temporary place to stay in the Washington DC area.

Home away from home!!

As a female medical student who has to travel all over the country for clinical rotations, it's always nerve wracking to find a new place every couple of months, so I am extremely thankful that I found this property. Mr. Vance was warm and extremely helpful in helping me get acclimated to the environment. He is kind, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond in helping others feel comfortable. I truly felt at home at this property. It was very clean, quiet, safe, and conducive to my learning. I enjoyed the fact that I had my privacy. This place felt so much like home, I honestly didn't want to leave and I hope I will be able to come back another time. The property is only 10-15 minutes away from Holy cross hospital and very close to all the major highways and grocery stores (which is a plus). All the pictures of the property are accurate. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a quiet, clean, safe, and homely environment. You will not be disappointed.
