Wonderful home in a great area!

This is a beautiful home located north in the Ballard area. It is clean, new, and includes AC/heat and a dedicated parking space. It is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants (go to Beast and Cleaver/The Peasant). The owner is caring, considerate, and always helpful. I would stay here again if I had an other extended stay in Seattle. It's a great place to call home!

Third time back to Seattle and this time around it took a lot longer finding a place that met all my needs: -parking on premise! (no need for permit or street parking, yay!) -A/C AND heating (not an easy thing to find in Seattle) -full kitchen and laundry/dryer setup. (Can easily accommodate 2 roommate setup w/ 2 full rooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers. -great location, quiet neighborhood with PLENTY of food and shopping options nearby -safe and neighbors made me feel welcomed. - bonus: heated floors and place is brand new! - M and K are very responsive and made a seamless stay. As a homebody I deeply appreciated the little snacks and thoughtful essentials that they provided. They are easy to reach and minutes away. Highly recommend, for stress free stay.
