Great private place in Eastlake-amazing neighborhood

I stayed here for just over 5 months while working on contract at Swedish First Hill and wish I could have stayed longer! Beautiful, clean place that had everything I needed - comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, quiet friendly neighbors, walkable safe neighborhood with nearby restaurants and public transportation if needed, easy access to I-5, easy to find street parking. Ian is super helpful and easy to work with. South Lake Union is a quick walk down the road. Would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood

This property is very beautiful and clean. The owner is very friendly and provides many nice benefits with the house. The area feels very safe and is so beautiful with Lake Union just a block or two walk away. It is within a walk of a bus station where the 70 takes you north through U district or south through downtown. It is also within a walk of the bus station where 49 takes you through Capitol Hill. The space is comfy and lovely to come home to after work. Dishware and cooking utensils are provided. There is no major grocery store within walking distance. There is a small market that is walkable but bigger grocery purchases would probably require traveling farther. The street has a few restaurants and a coffee shop. There is also a park with tennis courts right next to it. My friend and I stayed here during our summer internships. Very grateful to have spent a summer here!

Long-Term Stay Summer 2024

The townhome is beautiful and the location is perfect. The neighborhood was super safe and it was always quiet. It is a 10 minute bus ride to SLU and commuting was super convenient. Ian was an amazing landlord and was always attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

Great property--super clean and nice, lovely neighborhood

My partner and I stayed for 2 months over the summer. I, the owner, is pleasant, responsive, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about I or the condo. The condo is new, clean, bright, fully stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood feels pretty safe and clean. The condo and the neighborhood are quiet. It's walkable to restaurants, to a grocery store with a solid wine selection, and to East Lake. It was about 5-7 min drive to Trader Joes and Whole Foods, and close to Cap Hill and downtown. We had no problems or issues. There was some construction across the street, so parking was temporarily impacted, but even with the impacts, we never had to park more than a block away. I worked from home, and my partner went into the office. It worked great for us. I would definitely recommend.
